"Maximum - This film blocks 95 to 100% of vision & most light."
This is misleading. It does block most vision, but lets in about 70 to 80% of the light. I would almost think I got the frosted glass film by mistake. I'm a 3rd shifter and was hoping for a solution to block out the light and heat. Will be looking elsewhere for that solution as this is useless to me. Thought I would post a review to help anyone who was looking at this to help them sleep.
Window Film and More Editors Note: Please review the product description: "White Out will block 99% of vision but not all of the light." For maximum light blocking, it is recommended you use the Black Out Film as it blocks 100% of vision and Light.

I purchased the opaque white window film to go into my skylights to help filter sunlight now that I have a 3rd shift job. It works beautifully and I'm going to order more decorative film for my other skylights.

I was very satisfied with the window film I purchased. Instead of using it directly on the glass, I had a good quality plexiglass cut to size and adhered the film to the plexiglass. I fit the plexiglass over the patio door and windows. For my purposes, that worked fine. I purchased it so that a cat cannot see out, and it is completely opaque. I also purchased an application kit. It had simple tools, but it did make the process easier. This was my first experience with this product, and I felt like I got what I paid for.

This stuff really isn't difficult to install if you take the time to plan ahead, and if you have a bit of patience. It takes a bit of finesse of you have obstacles on your window like I do, but still, not hard. Just measure appropriately and take your time. Use plenty of soapy water and spray it again if you need more time. There is no way anyone is seeing through this film, and it blocks a decent amount of light. Had I been doing a larger window, I probably would have had someone help me because I'd imagine it could be a bit awkward if you were covering a large area.
