If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason please Contact Us
within 30 days of receipt. A refund for the price of the merchandise or an exchange will be made when merchandise is received by our offices. The original shipping fees as well as the shipping fees back to WindowFilmandMore.com offices will be the responsibility of the customer, except for in the case of defective or damaged product. No refunds or exchanges will be made if window film has been cut, if the backing has been peeled off the window film, or if the film is in less-than-perfect condition. When you return an item, please be sure it is in new condition, securely wrapped and includes the original packing slip or copy of invoice. For refunds not at the fault of WindowFilmandMore.com there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. For exchanges we require the customer to pay only a 10% re-stocking fee. These fees are because all of our film is custom cut to order. In addition to re-stocking fees, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges (delivery and return) in the case of an exchange.

Reminder: Don't forget to include your invoice, and keep a copy for your own records. We recommend using UPS which has a delivery tracking system, or USPS Delivery Confirmation to ensure proper delivery and tracking.
