I live in the city, with houses very close on either side of mine. I used the film in the bathroom upstairs, to hide the view of the house next door, and to give us privacy. The film does exactly what I wanted and still lets in all the light, so there is no need for curtains! I love the refracted light that changes throughout the day and night.

We purchased this film for a sliding glass door that allowed neighbors to look right into our sunroom. I love the look on the website but it turned out looking a bit bathroom-y after installed. I'd advise folks interested in the film to skip ordering the installation kit. I ordered it and it came with the soap bag punctured. All the tools were rusted over. Yuck! Warning: Large pieces are extremely difficult to install. This is surely easier for smaller sized windows, but anyone considering installing it on a sliding glass door or over-sized window should consider and reconsider before purchase. It took both my husband and me to install, and after 20 buckets of perspiration and some bickering, it was up, but I'd never do it again. Film arrived with easy to follow instructions & was easy to install. Window Film was heavy duty quality film & the finished results were dazzling, stunning, to say the least. Very well satisfied!

My recent window film purchase looked fantastic after I installed it. My only complaint was that it was a little hard to adhere and cut to perfection. I think having it pre-cut would be helpful.
