Used to reduce illumination on my alarm clock

I have an alarm clock which glows too brightly even on the lowest setting.I love the clock, but it glows blue and is much too bright. I spent about 20 minutes to put this product on a 3"x4" section of the LCD display and was able to dim down the light by about 25%. Getting the bubbles out was somewhat difficult, but I was able to get them all out. For any large project, it would require diligence, practice, or a professional to install.
